Union Sacre Dry Riesling

Union Sacré focuses on elegant, single vineyard, single Alsatian noble varietals.  This 100% old-vine Riesling comes from Kick On Ranch now famed for producing some of the best dry Riesling in California. 

Unfiltered, unrefined, and 100% destemmed. Skin contact for 18 hours, fermented at 50 degrees for 3 weeks, aged in Puncheon for 7 months. 900 cases made
