A fresh Languedoc rosé made for easy sipping. Two days of skin maceration, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks ensures a light body, fruity freshness, and preservation of a high acidity. Turns out, Syrah and Grenache look great in pink.
With 15 hectares of organically farmed vineyards (yes, that’s right — zero shortcuts, just sunshine, soil, and a lot of care), they bottle up the purest expression of the Languedoc spirit. This isn’t just a family-run estate — it’s a full-blown labor of love, turning out around 250,000 bottles a year, split between their Domaine line (the heart and soul) and their négociant wines (their creative, free-spirited side hustle).
