A sparkling Trebbiano Romagna whose fermentation finished in bottle which explains the cloudy nature of this dry, lightly sparkling (Pét-Nat) white wine. Aromas of brioche and citrus fruit. Tending the vineyards planted by his grandfather, Claudio Ancarani is now at the helm of this small winery located in Torre dell’Oriolo on the soft rolling hills that turn into the mountains of the Tuscan-Emilian Appenines near the town of Faenza.
