Fruits: white Mulberry,
Hops: Pearl, Mandarina Bavaria,
Native yeasts: grapes hydrides 2022
Aging: oak barrel (100 L)
4 months of fermentation and maceration with the fruit + 1 month of fermentation in bottle (2nd fermentation).

Description: on the nose: floral, small fruits and herbs
In the mouth: fruity and mineral with a note
earthy.
The finish is juicy and spicy.
