(half-Piquette vintage / half-Pinot beer)
Ingredients(Organic): Spring water, Malts: pale, crystal pils, oats, rye,
Fruits: Pinot grapes black,
Hops: tradition, Hallertau, Hersbrucker, Levures: raisins Pinot noir
Aging: beer: in chestnut barrels / 3 months maceration of destemmed grapes
Piquette by Daniel Sage and Jordi Torgue
(Gamay – Grenache – Viognier vines)
Blend of 2 then 1 month of 2nd fermentation in the bottle

Description: on the nose: red fruits, fresh wood, earth.
In the mouth: red fruits, citrus fruits, wood. The ending is juicy
and complex.
