Ingredients (Organic): Spring water,
Malts: 10 types of malts (Munich, Pils, Wheat, Rye, Oats, Cara biscotté, Wheat praline, Special Y + maceration cold of 2 roasted malts (chocolate barley, wheat black),
Hops : tradition + Hersbrucker,
Yeasts: morello cherry flower, plum blossom, green gooseberry.
Aging: new oak barrel, earthenware amphora cooked.
5 months of fermentation in barrels + 5 months of fermentation in bottle (2nd fermentation).

Description: on the nose: earthy, black olive, chocolate.
In the mouth: tangy, earthy, complex and fruity, the end is juicy and woody.
