Ingredients(Organic): Spring water,
Malts: crystal pils, pale ale, wheat, melanoid, rye, oats,
Fruits: Roussane pomace from Ferme des 7 lunes (8 month maceration),
Hops: Tradition, Herrsbrucker, Perle, Mandarina Bavaria
Native yeasts: birch trunk, Pinot gris, Viognier
Aging: sandstone amphora and stainless steel tank
4 months of fermentation and maceration with the pomace + 2 months of fermentation in bottle (2nd fermentation).

Description: on the nose: vinous and fruity with floral notes
In the mouth: vinous, fruity and spicy. The ending is long and
complex.
