Brigo Vini 'Baracca' Lambrusco di Sobrara

A lighter take on a traditional Lambrusco, more like a rosato pét nat. Very light in color with gentle but persistent bubbles and a palate of fresh red fruit.

Vineyard: The vineyard is in S. Cesareo sul Panaro (Grasparossa) in what the local people call “La Bassa” (the “Lowland”). The average vine age is 25-years-old. The land is farmed organically with low intervention and traditional methods. The production per hectare is small compared to the massive production of the area (one of the highest in the world).
