The Gaillac Rouge 'Vendemia' from the French winery Domaine de Brin is a red wine made from indigenous vines. After direct pressing of the destemmed grapes, spontaneous alcoholic fermentation takes place and the wine is aged for 18 months in steel tanks. With a translucent garnet red colour, it is distinguished by a mouth-watering sip, marked by a pleasant fruity note and spicy hints of black pepper as a background.
