Vineyard & Winemaking Information: gravity flow winery grapes are picked early morning 2-weeks carbonic maceration, grapes are then pressed and skins go back into the juice to finish fermentation including spontaneous malolactic aged in neutral oak barrels for 8-months unfined & unfiltered

Tasting Notes: tingly, zippy on the tongue tangerine zest with hints of lime - super fresh acidity with stony minerality. White pepper & a slight herbal note with a salty finish!
