Domaine Rietsch ‘Stein’ Riesling 2022

Stein is the vineyard attached to the winery, this riesling is planted on clay limestone (oolithique), southern exposure. 1/3 whole cluster, 2/3 direct press - 15 day maceration (which brought refreshing bitterness to balance the solar profile of the vintage). Elevage in foudre. Bottled April 2022.
