40% Auxerrois, 30% Riesling, 30% Sylvaner from clay/limestone parcels located on the slopes around Mittelbergheim. Citrusy, saline & mineral. Directly pressed, the wine spontaneously ferments and matures for 6 months thereafter in barrique. Unfined, coarsely filtered, minimal SO2 at bottling.
