Working with 13 different native varietals from all over the country of Georgia, Beka Gotsadze is a passionate winemaker working for purity in each of those grapes. Extremely high elevation absolutely helps; the wines sing with freshness and round fruit; in this case, lemon, white melon, and a bright acidity.
