Hand-harvested Chardonnay grapes undergo spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts over 10 months. The wine is then aged an additional 10 months in neutral oak barrels and bottled under a crown cap. From Jarad: "This was a fermentation that stopped and started a couple times being stubborn. It has some residual sugar and may re-ferment at some point. A crazy one-off that's extra weird. :) Grapes are from Linda's vineyard next door. All neutral oak."
