Here Today 'AcidWave' Prickly Pear Sour Ale

Slightly hazy light pink. Lime and green tea on the nose with a pop of tropical fruit. Tart on the palate with a nice balanced sweetness and soft finish from the sea salt. Prickly pear is bold but balanced by the deep lime flavor from the black lime. The fresh lime purée brings a margarita vibe to the finish.

Our sour line is made to be bracingly tart but drinkable. We utilize flaked malt and non fermentable sugars to balance the sourness, and tea to bring an herbal profile to the base beer similar to our cocktail menu. Look for more flavor combos coming soon!
