Laurent Herlin cultivates just 2.5 hectares of organic Cabernet Franc in the Loire Valley "Bourgueil" sub-region. He works with biodynamics and follows in the footsteps of some of the best natural winemakers in France, crafting soft, fruity and light red wines. Tsoin Tsoin is glou-glou of the highest regard with flavours of red fruit and a touch of earthiness so typical of Cabernet Franc.
