Vineyard & Winemaking Information: biodynamic vines are on average 40 years old fermentation in stainless steel after 3 to 4 days of maceration aged in stainless steel on fine lees unfined & lightly filtered Sulfur added at bottling only: 10 mg/L
Tasting Notes: darker red fruits - think italians plums & black cherries with herbal notes & hints of sausage (gotta love that Mourvedre) Salinity around the edges with acidity & minerality that balances the lovely weight and richness of the wine
