Pépin Pet Nat is a natural wine crafted by Pépin, in the Alsace region in France. This sparkling wine is made with Ugni Blanc, Picpoul, Muscat and Chardonnay  grapes, which are grown on clay-limestone soils. In the winery, this wine sees a light four-day maceration of the destemmed grapes with indigenous yeast, of course. Aging takes place in stainless steel tanks for ten months before disgorging.
