Unified Ferments x Kettl 'Hojicha' N/A Fermented Tea 750ml

We are thrilled to finally release this very limited offering of Kombucha featuring three of our most popular teas: Jou Yanagi Houjicha, Nagano Soba Cha, and Kukicha. It has been an honor to partner with Unified Ferments, a company we have long admired for producing some of our favorite kombucha here in Brooklyn. When we set out to collaborate on a Kombucha, it was imperative that the essence of our tea came through - and Young and Graham from Unified Ferments helped us do just that. We workshopped each tea to be as expressive and unique as the leaves themselves.

We used our Jou Yanagi Houjicha from Ryuouen as the base for this incredible Kombucha. Layered and complex, we love how the roasty profile of the tea smolders with a soft smokiness. Elegant and commanding of your attention. Also pairs perfectly with sweet and savory courses.
