The aromatic flavors of the forest, extracted and captured in a bottle. Fermented infusion of spruce shoots, lemon grass, yarrow and birch leaves. A sparkling, fresh drink with notes of citrus, ginger and pine needles. The ingredients come from our network of Norwegian harvesters and farmers who cultivate in line with nature's premises.

The drink can be enjoyed as it is, with food or in a drink. The perfect aperitif! Goes well with seafood, smoked fish, cured meats, Nordic food, as well as sushi and other Japanese food, as well as Thai, Vietnamese, Korean and other similar Asian dishes. Also good for Mexican food. Also suitable for light and firm cheeses.

INGREDIENTS: water, unrefined organic cane sugar, spruce shoots, lemongrass, yarrow, birch leaves, apple cider vinegar, lactic acid bacteria, lactic acid, salt, carbonation

Spruce tips: Have a fresh taste of citrus with tannins that add some bitterness. The plant is rich in essential oils and vitamin C, and has previously been used as a "strength supplement" during winter in the north.

Lemongrass: Gives a light and fresh citrus taste. Traditionally, the plant has been used for flavoring in mainly Asian countries, but we are lucky enough to grow it in Norway at Bergsmyrene farm.

Yarrow: Has a bitter, slightly sharp and aromatic taste, and is rich in tannins. With its many spicy layers, it adds complexity to the drink.

Birch leaves: Has a spicy and aromatic flavour and also adds some tannins.
