Made from sustainably and organically farmed Mendocino Chardonnay fermented with ambient native yeast, then gently de-alced, plus a little inverted sugar for balance, and vibrantly carbonated. Woody's is a majority minority owned business and made by an award winning 3rd generation organic farmer and winemaker.
